At our company, we're committed to getting your furry friend's order to you as quickly as possible. We ship worldwide. The typical processing time is 1-3 days, while we do out best to process orders faster occasional delays do occur in times where order quantity is high. If you choose are priority shipping your order moves to the front of our queue and you will receive it faster during these peak times.

Shipping Usually Takes:

5 - 12 Business Days on Standard or Free Shipping.

If you live in the UK or Ireland the orders will typically be on the lower end of that range.

If you live in the US or Europe the orders will be towards the middle of that range.

If you live in Canada, Australia or NZ orders will be towards the far end of that range.

If you live in Asia, South America or Africa orders will be towards the far end of that range.
